Bags of plastic flowers sit on a walkway at the new intermediate memorial. Hokie stones for Nicole White, Daniel O'Neil, and Seung-Hui Cho (unmarked) are visible to the right. At the time of this this photo, staff members and volunteers were cleaning up the site, moving some mementos to storage and others to this area, the newly completed center of the memorial. Other parts of the intermediate memorial were still under construction. Photo taken July 6, 2007.
