A letter accompanying this doll said:
"Dear Sir,
My name is Linda Woodward and I have been making dolls for a while. I heard about the tragedy that happen last week. I am so deeply sorry about it. So I would like to send you a VT doll that I made with tears and sadness. There is a bow for every soul that died. Thirty three in all, all little bows.
I am sorry again,
Linda Woodward"
